We are an oilfield supply store with 8 locations.
We have been proudly serving Broussard and the surrounding area for over 19 years.
As a Billing Specialist, you will assist our Billing Department with the timely processing and submission of customer invoices.
Job duties include:
-processing order batches from Broussard and other locations -checking orders for discrepancies from delivery tickets -checking and inputting the correct taxes for orders -releasing invoices -submitting invoices electronically into various systems(Openinvoice, Ariba, Taulia, etc.
) -other various administrative and accounts receivable tasks
Qualifications:
-at least 7 years of experience working in accounts receivable or accounts payable -experience working in PDF editing software preferred -attention to detail is necessary to be successful in this position -experience calculating taxes is a plus! This is a full time position located in our headquarters in Broussard, LA.
