- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, and scheduling meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with order entry and processing, maintaining accurate records.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Manage and update files, both physical and electronic.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Process credit card payment - Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records - Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar office software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
