Key Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, and landscaping.
Operate power tools and hand tools to accomplish assigned duties efficiently.
Operate tractors, lawn mowers, and other vehicles with skill and safety in mind.
Assist equipment repairs and participate in the maintenance program.
Assist with landscaping and light carpentry work as needed.
Thrive in an outdoor work environment, demonstrating resilience in all weather conditions.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
Previous experience in outdoor lawn maintenance preferred.
Proficiency in handling power tools and hand tools Ability to lift heavy objects and engage in physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate within a team.
Past experience in landscaping, carpentry, tractor operation, or equipment maintenance is beneficial.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Successful completion of a background check Ability to pass physical and drug screening.
