The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
This role requires strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities - Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner - Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes - Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) - Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of financial concepts, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
