Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRetail Sales - Harley-Davidson Apparel and Merchandise AssociateProfessional, growth oriented, well-established Dealership in the Scott/Lafayette, LA area needs your apparel and merchandise SELLING expertise and broad-spectrum customer service experience to contribute to the strategic development of our Motorclothes Department.You will provide a high degree of customer satisfaction through prompt, dependable, high quality apparel and merchandise sales to customers by using current proactive feature benefit sales techniques.If you have exceptional apparel and merchandise sales, customer service skills, a can-do attitude that enjoys a team environment that prides itself on excellent customer service and creative problem solving skills, you may qualify for this position. This position reports directly to the Motorclothes Manager.Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
o Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products;o Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits;o The ability to show each customer advantages of products over competing brands;o Continually learn more about the products and services you sell;o Ensure the department is kept clean and in an orderly manner;o Maintain profit margin objective;o Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis.Experience Desired:
o Two (2) plus years of extensive Apparel and Merchandise Sales Associate work;o A general knowledge and passion for the motorcycle industry is preferred.Our company is an equal opportunity employer with a drug free work place.
