JOB SYNOPSIS
The Department Administrator position will support operations in the Broussard and New Orleans offices and some support for the Houston office. The individual will track required training for field and office personnel, assist in scheduling training, track utilization for field personnel and assist in maintaining the Database.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Schedule training for field and office personnel.
Assist in new hire onboarding.
Prepare pay roll for field personnel.
Maintain Direction Driller Database.
May handle special projects as assigned.
Works under limited supervision.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have a high school diploma or GED to be considered.
Must have 2 or more years or more office experience.
Advanced knowledge of the MS Access program.
Able to maintain an Access data base including modifying and editing.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a Department Administrator.
Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
OTHER DETAILS
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Will require travel from time to time to our Houston and New Orleans offices.
