Sells products for manufacturer to service companies, OEM fabricators, manufacturers, agents, supply companies, rental companies, and oil and gas companies by performing the following duties.
Including but not limited to:
Assist Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales volume and growth in line with their respective regional business objectives
Submits monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and sales budgets
Responsible for maintaining the customer relationship while also being the front line customer service contact
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources
Maintains a comprehensive list of customer information complete with pertinent contact information
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and forecasts of upcoming business, communicates with customers via phone
Provides the latest product information with emphasis on technical advantage, industry quality standards, certifications, pricing, and delivery
Follows up on order delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules
Prepares expense reports on a timely basis
Works with engineering, marketing, and sales personnel to keep literature up to date
Identifies market trends which may affect product technical requirements, pricing, and delivery
Coordinates customer training needs with the appropriate department
Provides new customer data and other sales data for current customers to Inside Sales Department for entry into computer database
Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries, including quality issues
Attends trade shows
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Qualifications:
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. High level of knowledge of oilfield applications for both pumps and flow control products; high level of knowledge of product technician specifications.

Computer Skills:
The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Suites, Lotus Notes, and Syteline ERP system.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
