We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Energy & Marine Dept. This position will be responsible for taking customer calls, inquiries, and working toward resolution. Customer service is a top priority at Doerle Food Services, LLC so the person who best fits this position will have a winning attitude and be experienced in dealing with customers in a tactful, professional manner.
Although the position is Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM it does require working on call every 4th weekend beginning on Friday at 6:00 pm until Monday 8:00 am.
Compiling data and paperwork prior to shipping orders and communicating with designated customers and issue resolution.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of clerical/admin experience and excellent customer service skills. It requires working closely with all departments and management levels throughout the company. Therefore it is imperative to be flexible, have a pleasant, winning personality, clear articulation, and the ability to troubleshoot issues. Doerle Food Service is customer-centric so this position also requires a background in customer service; and must be PROFICIENT in all office equipment including a PC, 10 key calculator, and Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
