Senior Sales Staff Manager ( Chemicals )

Role Summary:   Baker Hughes, a GE company, has an opening for a Senior Sales Staff Manager in Broussard, LA. For the Aquaness product line. This role would be responsible for developing and meeting sales growth targets in the scope of responsibility.    Essential Responsibilities: Maintains the customer base, including existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and penetrates new markets Develop strategies for the assigned area's market growth Ensures the implementation of marketing plans for development of new business within the scope of responsibility Implement pricing strategies including price book reviews, and price agreements Develop and present presentations to upper management, finance, and customers Drives New Technology adoption to differentiate BHGE from competitors Monitor and reduce DSO's on a weekly basis Drive AR collections to avoid aging invoices  Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 10+ years' experience in production chemicals Must be action-oriented and customer-focused with a drive for results. Excellent communicator Proven ability to build relationships, engage key stakeholders, and deliver successful projects  Desired Characteristics: Knowledge and experience in Production Chemicals (Demulsifiers, Scale Inhibitors, Paraffin Inhibitors) in both Chemistries and Applications Knowledge in Stimulation Market especially in Frac Fluids and Application as well as in Acidizing Systems Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions. Knowledge of products / systems Good business acumen Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent negotiating and leadership skills Demonstrated understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business Excellent knowledge of commercial and contractlanguage

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
